MUSICA CREMSIRIENSE 2021
BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH
If you want to experience the Kroměříž Podzámecká Garden differently, visit it on Saturday afternoon, June 19. The walk will be made more pleasant by ubiquitous musicians and tones of folk music in an untraditional presentation of old instruments.
You will hear traditional folk music – RukyNaDudy, there will also be court music from the manuscripts of the Kroměříž Music Archive performed by – Plaisirs de Musique. American bass baritone Joel Frederiksen and Marta Kratochvílová will introduce themselves to you on a traverse accompanied by dancer Lenka Horalová. Come and listen to songs that will introduce you to treasures from the music archive of Kroměříž Castle.
The event is part of the Nahráno – Otevřeno international project focused on digitization, access and educational use of art collections of memory institutions funded by the EEA and Norway Funds.

The cycle of cultural performances and concerts in the premises of Kroměříž Castle and Gardens is organized by the Plaisirs de Musique in cooperation with the Archbishop’s Castle and Gardens in Kroměříž and the Museum of Art in Olomouc.
